New activities in April

There will be three unusual events this April in the Warwick Unitarian Chapel.

On Monday April 13th we shall be starting a new series of evening gatherings to be held from 7.00 with the title Heart & Soul.  These will be contemplative spiritual sessions in which we can take time to reflect on life.  They will be facilitated by Jackie Woodman, who has taken inspiring services here in the past and who is a prominent member of the Unitarian congregation in Oxford as well as in the Unitarian movement in London and the south-east.

A few days later, on Saturday 18th April, it is our honour to host a meeting of the District association, The Midland Unitarian Association, bringing together representatives of all the Unitarian congregations in the district as they hold their AGM.

And then on 26th of the month we will welcome Paddy Vickers to lead us in a service in the tradition of the Baha’i faith and to explore the differences and similarities of our two small faith communities in the region.

Visitors are most welcome to join us on both the 17th and the 26th and are encouraged to discover more of the thinking.  The MUA meeting is understandably more private in nature and of less interest to outsiders.
